AI keeps changing. Me, Myself and AI helps learners build the confidence and judgment to keep learning independently. The course is delivered online, one to one, with F.J. Abrahams, founder of Internauts. It focuses on using AI for tasks that matter in everyday life and work, with individual guidance and time to apply each skill. A project that keeps getting postponed. Research for a career change. Comparing options for a big purchase. Or writing an important email with less effort. Each learner starts with something they actually need to do. Across seven weeks and fourteen sessions, learners practice giving AI clearer instructions, checking its answers, and turning useful results into something they can use again. The course covers researching a question and verifying the sources, building a plan around personal priorities, and creating reusable email instructions. It also includes developing a presentation from the first idea through the finished slides, creating visuals, and setting up recurring checks for information that changes. Every session adds something to a personal AI toolkit. Each ninety-minute online session combines an explanation, a demonstration, guided practice, and time to apply the skill to the learner’s own situation. Templates help with getting started, and a short reset provides room to pause. No coding skills or previous AI experience are required. Privacy and human judgment run throughout the course. Learners practice protecting sensitive information, recognizing confident nonsense, and knowing when a result needs a closer look. Responsibility stays with the person using, sharing, or acting on the work. By the end, learners have fourteen practical outputs and a method for approaching unfamiliar AI capabilities. The tools will keep changing. The goal is to leave with the skills to keep learning. If you want to learn more, you can download the syllabus in the link below. See you next time.
